For our team at our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible as Business Development Analyst (m/f/d).

What you’ll do

• Conduct in-depth market and competitive research with a focus on the boating and insurance industries
• Contribute to a wide range of corporate development and strategic initiatives
• Support the sales and strategy functions in close cooperation with senior managers
• Independently prepare and present high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management
• Participate in international in-house consulting projects in close collaboration with local and global management
• Develop and continuously improve growth strategies for our international subsidiaries

What we’re looking for

• Interest or enthusiasm for boating (motor or sailing) is a plus
  
• Prior knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style with a strong team-player mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, as the role involves close collaboration and travel across international markets
• Passion for sales, business development, and strategic thinking
• Strong enthusiasm for international travel and working in a global environment
• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field relevant to the position
