Sales specialist in Palma office (m/w/d)
To create sales opportunities, quotes and convert them into policies.
To provide advice and guidance for our customers during the insurance sales process including giving advice on all of our relevant products.
Anforderungen
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Develop additional customers and generating new business
- Drive active sales programmes for dealers, agents and those from client recommendations
- Development and coordination of sales initiatives including measurement and analytics
- Support and contact point for our yacht customers
- Processing of customer requests from initial enquiry to policy attachment
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
- Market research / comparison of competitors conditions and premium
- Participation in industry events and boat shows
Your profile
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (German would also be desirable)
- Strong team player with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office
- Detailed knowledge of sales
- An enthusiasm for boating/sailing is preferable
- Willingness to travel
- Attention to detail
- Good judgment
